Ambassador Dr. Dureke has received numerous awards, including: The “McArthur Woman of Excellence Award” from the U S Army 2018; “The Woman of Power” award from MEA & Heart and Soul magazine, 2018; just to name a few.
She was nominated as “The Daily Record Innovator of the Year Nominee 2013”; awarded the Gateway To Africa Business Award 2013 by the Prince George’s County Economic Development Corporation African Trade Office (ATO); awarded the Noble Community Service Award by FESTAFRICA 2012; and awarded the “Community Warrior” Award from the University of Maryland College Park, Maryland
